Partner’s Academy Certification as a Connected Print Systems Technician

• Your future career

Your future career starts here and now!

The Connected Print Systems Technician ensures that equipment works properly and that printed documents are of high quality within the company. The role goes far beyond simple mechanical repairs; the technician acts as a specialist in maintenance and network-connected printing.

As the vital link between the physical hardware (connected print systems, multifunction devices, digital presses, various peripherals) and the customer’s network infrastructure, the technician handles the integration, driver configuration, operation, quality and maintenance of connected multifunction systems.

Their work is the primary driver of customer satisfaction after the sale, making them a key player in customer loyalty and in their company’s brand image.

How the course works.

• Teaching methods

Skills are acquired as follows:

20%theory classes
80%practical work, exercises and projects

• Target certifications

• Course delivery

The course is delivered in person and/or through blended learning (70% in person, 30% remote), alternating between theory presentations and practical work.

When modules are delivered remotely, classes are synchronous: the trainer and trainees are connected during the same time slots, just as in a classroom course. The course therefore requires full-time availability for its entire duration.

Sessions run from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Most of our training courses take place in Croissy-Beaubourg. Depending on organisational needs, the course may be held at other sites in Île-de-France or in other French regions.

• Assessment methods

During the programme:

At the end of the programme: a final professional simulation (a project to complete) and an oral defence, online or in person, before a panel of industry professionals. The oral presentation lasts 1 hour: 40 minutes presenting the required deliverables, followed by 20 minutes of questions, discussion with the panel and marking.

For both the technical and functional project and the oral presentation, assessment is based on marking forms (knowledge, practical skills and soft skills) that lead to the final decision on whether the P.A.C. is awarded.

Every trainer at COPYMIX wears two hats – industry expert and teacher – so that you benefit from their field experience and acquire new skills as effectively as possible.

For each session, in addition to the trainer, a moderator from the teaching team makes sure the course runs smoothly. Available at any time of the day, the moderator answers your questions and helps you with any difficulties, allowing the trainer to focus on teaching.

Collaboration between lead trainers, who are experts in their field, and our instructional design specialists allows us to co-create and update the programmes, as part of a continuous improvement approach that responds to recruiters’ needs, changes in the occupation and its tools, and our learners’ expectations.
