The data we collect
When you write to us using the contact form: surname and first name, company, business e-mail address, subject of your request and message. Telephone number and postcode are optional.
When you visit the website: the hosting provider records technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) in the server logs. The website contains no audience measurement tools or advertising.
Why we use your data
- To respond to your request (information, sales contact, partnership, training) and follow it up. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
- To ensure the security and proper functioning of the website (server logs). Legal basis: COPYMIX’s legitimate interest in protecting its website.
- To handle your requests concerning your data and comply with our legal obligations. Legal basis: our legal obligations.
If your request leads to the opening of a customer account, your data is then processed in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale.
Who can access your data
Your data is reserved for the COPYMIX teams handling your request (sales department, relevant business unit, management). Our technical service providers may also access it, solely for the purposes of their assignment: the website host, IONOS SARL (Sarreguemines, France), and our business e-mail service.
Your data is neither sold nor rented out.
How long we keep your data
- Requests sent via the form: 3 years from our last exchange.
- If you become a customer: for the entire business relationship, then for 3 years thereafter.
- Server logs: 1 year maximum.
Your rights
You may at any time access your data, have it rectified or erased, request the restriction of its processing, object to its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent. You may also set out instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to contactrgpd@copymix.com or to COPYMIX, 26 allée Léon Jouhaux, 77183 Croissy-Beaubourg. We will reply within one month at most; erasure requests are processed within one week.
If you believe that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr).

copymix.fr only uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, for example to remember the display language. These cookies do not require your consent. No audience measurement or advertising cookies are set, and fonts are hosted on our server: no browsing data is passed on to Google.

We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access restricted to authorised persons, regular backups.
Transfers outside the European Union
Your data is hosted in the European Union. Should a service provider need to access it from a country outside the European Union, such a transfer would be subject to the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
